About the Role
Join our small (and growing!) team in the role of B2B Growth Associate alongside our B2B Growth Manager.
This role is responsible for growing our B2B side of the business through building strong relationships with retailers and retail partners.
We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has an interest in wellness and loves to connect with business owners.
This role is remote and requires the successful candidate to work 12-4pm ET Monday-Friday.
Note: This role is a 3 month term with strong likelihood of extension into a permanent position.
- B2B customer acquisition
- B2B customer support including reordering, collecting feedback, supporting product training sessions, updating customer on shipment status
- Analyzing B2B customer data to evolve processes, systems and offerings
- Administrative tasks (data entry, scheduling, updating tools…etc.)
Supporting B2B Growth Manager as needed
- Attention to detail
- Relationship building
Logistics and coordination (scheduling, tracking shipments)
20 hours weekly
3 month term (strong likelihood of permanent extension)
