Chai Love You (Hot Toddy)

-2oz of heavily steeped Aim Chai
-1.5oz rum
-.05z 100% pure maple syrup
-cinnamon stick for garnish

Directions:
First, you’ll want to steep your Chai tea.
Once steeped, add in your rum and then mix in the maple syrup. Use your cinnamon stick to stir your delicious and comforting cocktail. Ta-da!

How easy was that!
This cocktail is not only a warm and flavourful hug disguised as a cocktail, but it can be a killer nightcap too, if you sub your Chai blend for a caffeine-free herbal chai!

Pineapple Punch Mar-Tea-Ni

-Pineapple Punch seasonal tea blend
-2oz Vodka
-1oz exotic fruit juice
-Splash sparkling wine
-Exotic fruit for garnish

Directions:
Now, this one is going to make you look like a pro!
Take your Pineapple Punch and steep it directly into your vodka for at least 2-3 hours. If you’re able to steep it overnight, that’s even better! The vodka will take on the colour and essence of the tea to create a beautiful colour and flavour.

Toss the tea leaves, and pour the tea-infused vodka into your martini shaker with ice, some exotic fruit of choice and a touch of lemon juice.
Now shake what your mama gave ya! (The martini shaker, that is)

Strain into a chilled martini glass and top with a splash of sparkling wine to give it some effervescent texture.
Finally, add an exotic fruit of choice for garnish (Like a slice of pineapple) and voila!

A Berry Delicious Cocktail

-1oz steeped Berry Booster Simple Syrup
-3oz cava/sparkling wine/champagne: whichever you have on hand!
-frozen berries
-freshly sliced berries for garnish

Directions:
To make the Berry Booster simple syrup, you’ll want to combine equal parts of water and sugar and bring to a boil. Add in Berry Booster tea to steep for 8 minutes and set aside to cool.

Next, put frozen berries in the bottom of your glass and (once cooled), add in 1oz of your tea-infused simple syrup. Top your glass with your champagne, sparkling wine or cava and add a sliced berry to the top of your glass for garnish.

The frozen berries will act as “ice cubes” and keep your drink cold longer, while adding to the flavour!
